Rhonda Marin serves as the President of Evia Global Corp., a full service finance company with an emphasis on financing commercial real estate, small and mid size business, and business acquisitions. Rhonda spent a decade in advertising and marketing before transitioning into commercial finance and business development. Early in her career, Rhonda launched two national leading SBA lenders in the Chicago market, namely Heller Financial, now GE Capital, and later US Bank. Rhonda also served as Vice President/Team Leader at Fifth Third Bank. Evia Global was launched in order to fill a void by simultaneously working with lending sources around the U.S. By understanding the lending appetites of numerous lenders, Rhonda’s clients were successfully getting to the closing table. Besides commercial lending with owner-occupied properties and investments properties, Rhonda, as a seasoned SBA professional, often works with the Small Business Administration (SBA) Program. Due to Rhonda’s love of nature and her wanting to make a difference, she has joined the non for profit Biscayne Bay Foundation as their senior marketing executive, working within the business community to assist in fundraising and awareness of the important causes targeted by the Biscayne Bay Foundation leadership.
